About us

Sankpal Sales & Services is a loan facilitator headquartered in Pune, with 5 branches across Maharashtra. We help customers find and apply for loans from banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs). We are not a lender and do not sanction, disburse or service loans.

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. You must provide information that is true, complete and your own, or that you are authorised to share.

Our role

• We assess your requirement, suggest suitable lenders and help you prepare and submit your application.
• All credit decisions, including approval, amount, interest rate, fees and tenure, are made solely by the lender.
• Any loan agreement is between you and the lender. Its terms are set out in the lender’s sanction letter and loan agreement, which you should read before signing.

No guarantee of approval

Applying through us does not guarantee approval, a particular amount, rate or timeline. Results from the EMI calculator and any figures on this website are indicative only and are not an offer of credit.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and genuine documents. False or forged documents may lead to rejection and legal action.
• Read all lender documents carefully before signing and ask us about anything that is unclear.
• Borrow only what you can comfortably repay.

Fees

Any fee we charge for our services will be explained to you in writing before we begin work on your file. Lender charges, such as processing fees, are set by the lender and shown in its sanction letter. We never ask for payment into a personal bank account.

Fraud warning

We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, net-banking password or card CVV, and we never promise a loan in return for an advance payment. If anyone claiming to be from Sankpal Sales & Services asks for these, do not share them and call us on 95791 59059.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your right to use the grievance process described in our Grievance Redressal policy first.
