Grievance Redressal

Last updated 28 October 2026

If something has gone wrong with your application or our service, tell us. Every complaint is recorded with a reference number and a named owner.

How to raise a complaint

You can reach us in any of these ways. Please share your name, mobile number and a short description of what happened.

Our response timeline

  • Within 2 working days: we acknowledge your complaint and share a reference number.
  • Within 15 working days: we give you a written resolution, or a clear update with the reason for any delay and the expected date.

Grievance officer

If you are not satisfied with the first response, escalate to our grievance officer:

Escalation

The grievance officer will review your complaint personally, speak with you, and send a final written response. We do not close a complaint until you have received that response.

Complaints about a lender

Where your concern is about a lender’s decision, charges or loan account, we will help you raise it through that lender’s own grievance channel. If the lender does not resolve it within 30 days, or you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint under the Reserve Bank – Integrated Ombudsman Scheme at cms.rbi.org.in.

Record keeping

We keep a record of every complaint, the steps taken and the outcome, and review them regularly to improve our service.
