Returns & Refund Policy

Because every piece is made to order for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We will always make it right if something is wrong with your order.

What we cover

Item arrived damaged or defective
Wrong item or wrong size sent
Print or stitching error

How to request

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at soulbytanya@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +91 63993 00567 with your order ID and clear photos of the item.

Resolution

After review we will send a replacement or refund the amount you paid. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Cancellations

You can cancel before production starts. Message us as soon as possible with your order ID.
